Felicia Bayles
I am 17 years old, live in Newton, N.C., and Christ Alive Church is my home. The Lee family is like my second family, and I am so grateful that I am going on my first overseas mission trip with them and the rest of the RFA team. I did not think I would have the opportunity to go on an overseas mission trip until much later in my life. But for some reason God has made it clear that I am supposed to go now. I have a passion for Jesus that I cannot put into words, and I want to share this passion with the beautiful people of Venezuela. I know I will be there to make a difference in their lives, but for some reason I think it will be the other way around.
Larry Baldwin
Larry lives in New Bern, N.C. with his lovely wife, Diane. He has a daughter, Randie, and a son, Mitch, along with two stepdaughters, Heather and Danielle. Larry and Diane are member of Cornerstone Assembly of God in New Bern, N.C. and are very active in several ministry programs. Together, Larry and Diane are the leaders of the "Five Love Languages" class. Larry is a member of the Pastor's Council, co-chairs the Building and Grounds Ministry, sings on the Worship Team, co-chairs the Men's Ministry and is developing an Environmental Ministry. His love of the world that God has created for us led him to work in the environmental field. That love of, and concern for, the condition of God's creation is the basis for the developement of the Environmental Ministry. Hobbies include SCUBA Diving, hunting, being outdoors, riding his classic Harley-Davidson, and mostly spending time with his wife.
Joshua Coleman
Joshua is a student who enjoys running the sound system in Children's Church. This is his second mission trip. His first mission trip was to Nicaragua with KidzABlaze. He participated in a drama and ran the sound system. Joshua is excited about traveling to Venezuela to help build a church building where more children can learn about God.
Roger Lee
I am married to Renea, have one daugher Brianna, live in Newton, N.C. and I am a member of Christ Alive Church in Newton. This is my second overseas mission trip as Renea and I have also been to Honduras. My wife had informed me after talking to Angela Nelson that our next mission trip would be to Venezuela to work with them. One year later and here we are. I have been in children's and youth ministry for over 20 years, so a second chance to share the love of Christ with children in another part of the world is beyond description. God turned my world upside down last time. What will he do this time?
Renea Lee
I am married to Roger, have one daughter Brianna, live in newton, N.C. and I am a member of Christ Alive Church in Newton. This is our second overseas mission trip, and I cannot begin to describe how excited I am. In the summer of 2011, I was sitting at a pool at kids camp talking to Angela Nelson about a place called Pavia. I told my husband later than day that our next mission trip would be to Pavia, Venezuela to work with them. God is so good as he has rewarded us with the opportunity to fulfill that dream. My last mission trip put a burning passion in me to go on as many trips as possible and to impact kids' lives with the love of Christ.
Brianna Lee
I am the daughter of Roger and Renea, live in Newton, N.C. and Christ Alive Church is my home. I am 16 years old and thi is my first overseas mission trip. I am so blessed that I am already getting to go across the ocean to make a difference in the lives of other people. I don't know what to expect except that my parents keep telling me it will change my life. I only know that God has a plan for me and even though I am not sure what it is yet, I do know that He has given me this opportunity so that he can begin to show me. I hope this is the first trip of many.
This will be our third missionary journey. We are so thankful to God again for allowing us to be a part of helping to change someone else's world. God has been faithful to us in our 24 years of ministry, and we are still amazed at what He is up to. In this season of our ministry, we are patiently waiting on His plan for our lives. Our heart is missions, and we are so excited to join with this team this summer.
Isabel Lopez
I am a member of Living Water Assembly of God in Spring Lake. I know that God has called me to missions and after I returned from Indonesia, I saw the email inviting people to go to Venezuela and I felt compelled to go. Before I went to Indonesia, I remember when Chris Nelson came to our church while raising his budget, and I saw his excitement for the mission in Venezuela. At that moment I had the desire to go there. I praise God for this opportunity to be able to go to Venezuela and see what God is doing there. At the same time my eyes and spirit will be open for His leading. Just praying about it.

If there is one thing I want to accomplish in Pavia it is to witness and see people saved. Also, I myself want to receive something from this trip and just learn from it.

Upon returning from Venezuela, she will be entering into her first semester of nursing school. "I am honored that God would share his burden with me . . . I continue to ask Him to break my heart for the things that break His, and He continues to do so. I am excited to see what God does in Pavia during this trip and as time goes on. I am expecting great things!"
